If you are not feeling good it could be what you are eating rich and heavy foods . Try light simple pure foods like salads . steam vegetales . Drink skim milk can add some whey power and some light exercise like walking or bike ride. If you stay with this you will start to feel better in your self over time
You find you don't want to eat , loseing weight tryed evey thing still find you can't , don't want to eat , Please give this a try Stop eating now you have the problem solved . Now you need to drink a one liter or more of milk each day make up half a liter at a time add a one to two raw eggs and extra powder skim milk mix well and drink when you feel like it and take a multivitamin and some fiber in the drink or fiber tables that is it and later when you feel you can eat some thing try a peace of fruit and from there add more fruit

This only for you who have tryed every think elase and nothing has has work and you could be sick ,loss extremly lot of weight. You are thinking all the time you have to eat or if I do eat I will become fat and more you think , feel this more you wont want to eat so stop eating don't worry about eating instead drink what I have told you .

Mix quarter to the full amount of skim milk power you would noraley use in to skim milk with a few raw eggs mix will leave in frig and drink when you want something to drink.

All so if you can stand the taste of whey power. There are all types and flavors to couse from use this in stead of the skim milk power or add this too your milk drink half or less amount of whey power to your milk drink with half or less the skim milk power mex well .When only useing whey power mix it in to cold milk in to your mug well when ready to drink it . Don't make up a whey drink and leave siting in your frig for a long time. All so when you make up the milk as I have said give it a quick mix before poring in to you mug and by haveing some made up it saves you makeing it up every time so when you feel you want a drink it is there for you ready just a quick mix and pore it to you mug and you are ready to drink .

With the milk one liter is good to stay with. But up two liters a day max , skim best but full cream ok or full milk half to one liter and half to one liter skim you can add flavers too,

Eating and a low income



Since this Blog is about eating lets start with eating so you are finding it hard to cover the essential living costs So with eating to keep your self well and feeling good and thinking clearly . Stay only with vegies and fruit And drink about one litre of skim milk a day and if you can add eat some yogurt , cheese when you can. Stay with low fat when you have choice You can add a raw egg to a mug of shim milk mix well or buy some skim milk power and add a quarter to half of what they say to use to make this up using your skim milk instead of water .

Or if you can stand the taste instead of skim milk power use pure why power concentrate ( Not the mix’s they are too expensive )
And put up to 20 grams in , mix well in your mug ( with 250 mil to 300 mil of skim milk ) and drink use the pure why power concentrate 20 grams one to twice a day mourning and night .


With rent , power , gas try and pay ahead very small amount over what you have to pay and allow this to build up over time so you are one to three months ahead .Then if you have a bad month financially you can then pay half rent , power , gas for a few weeks a month or so. If you are one month ahead this allows two months for half payments , two months head , Four months of half payments and the three months ahead giving you up to six months of half payments Remember only do this for the shortest time need and then go back and build up ahead like you where before .

Try and buy most essential living food shopping when on a good sale look for the half price sales so if one week soap power is on sale half price try if you can and buy up to three months So try and get ahead by a least a month if you can afford too. Then may be in a few weeks shampoo is on sale do the same gain and other things the same. Don’t buy the cheap or the expensive all ways try and stay with the average basic try the brands you don’t normally use if on sale . Buy winter cloths at end of winter and summer cloths at the end of summer when they are half or lower in price.

Do you have phone plans that are cap in your area If you can go for one of these and if it is all calls free under the cap price share your phone with a close friend or family so let them make there main phone calls on your phone and they could then give you some thing towards your phone costs that way they are saving and you are getting some money towards your phone bill.
